Your income is real. Make it provable.

Statable turns payroll, invoices, bank transfers and on-chain payments into one verifiable income record — the document landlords, banks and immigration officers will actually accept.

Four steps, then it's done.

01
Connect what pays you
Payroll, banks, exchanges, wallet addresses, invoicing platforms. Read-only, revocable, no screenshots.
02
We separate income from noise
Recurring income is kept; loans, one-offs and moves between your own accounts are excluded and labelled.
03
Your payers confirm
Each payer confirms once on a single page, without an account. It is the strongest signal a reviewer can get.
04
Issue what the reviewer needs
Pick the country template and how much to disclose. Each scope is sealed separately and checkable by link.

The money is fine. The paperwork is the problem.

Independent income arrives from six places in four currencies, sometimes on-chain. Every institution asks for the one artefact you cannot produce: a payslip.

6
Places a typical independent income arrives from, in four currencies.
11 wks
Median time to assemble income proof for a residence renewal, by hand.
38%
Of first submissions rejected on documentation, not on income.
0
Payslips a freelancer can produce, no matter how steady the money is.

Crypto income

Paid in stablecoins. Judged in the currency they ask for.

On-chain income fails paperwork for one reason: nobody can tell what it was worth when it arrived. We value every payment at the judging country's official rate on its own date of receipt, cite the source, and show the working — so a reviewer never has to trust a number you typed.

Rate on the day
Each payment is valued at the official reference rate on its date of receipt, not today's price.
Volatility separated
Token appreciation is labelled as capital gain and excluded from income.
Wallets stay private
Addresses are read to build the record, then hidden from every certificate scope by default.

Rates sourced from the official reference series of the country judging the record — ECB, Bank of England, and so on. Every row in a certificate links to the rate it used.

One number you can actually move.

The Income Stability Index scores what reviewers are really testing. Four inputs, each with an obvious action — which is the point: a rejection tells you nothing, a score tells you what to fix.

Volatility35%
How much your monthly income swings, measured over 12 months.
Steady invoicing beats bigger spikes.
Continuity30%
Unbroken months of recurring income across all sources.
Time alone raises this one.
Payer diversity25%
How much of your income depends on a single payer.
A second real client is worth more than a raise.
Currency risk10%
Exposure to currencies that move against the country judging you.
Invoice or convert in the local currency.

Rules change. Your record keeps up.

We track each country's income requirement, accepted proof formats and apostille rules, and tell you the day one changes — with the version your document was judged against.

For landlords, banks and agents
Six weeks of chasing statements, or one link you can check in ten seconds.
Every certificate opens as a plain-language page: what was verified, who confirmed it, when it was sealed, and whether it has been altered since. No account, no jargon, no PDF forensics.

Access we can't abuse, by design.

Read-only or nothing
We request the narrowest scope each provider offers, and never one that can move money. Every connection is revocable from your dashboard.
Balances stay out
A certificate carries income that repeats. Your balance is never read into a document, at any scope.
Only a fingerprint leaves the building
The sealed document is hashed. Raw financial data never leaves our systems, and no public ledger is attached until we choose one.
Scoped links, not files
Each shared link carries its own sealed scope, so a leaked certificate reveals only what it was issued for.

Questions people actually ask.

Will a landlord or embassy actually accept this?
Each certificate is built from the country's own published requirement and states which ruleset version it was judged against. The public verification page is written for someone who has never heard of us.
Do you need my logins?
No. We use each provider's read-only API or open-banking consent, and for wallets only a public address. You can revoke any of it without losing your history.
What if my income dips before a renewal?
The renewal timeline warns you while there is still time to act, and the stress test shows what you'd still clear if a client left.
Does my payer have to sign up?
No. They get one link, confirm on a single page, and are never asked for an account or any of their own financial data.
What about tax?
Statable proves income; it does not file anything or give tax advice. The day-counter exists so you know when to speak to someone who does.
Is crypto income treated differently?
It's treated the same as fiat once converted at the rate on the day it arrived. Token appreciation is excluded as capital gain, which is what makes the rest defensible.
Who can see a certificate I've issued?
Only whoever holds the link, and only the scope you sealed it with. You can revoke a link and issue a narrower one at any time.
What happens when a country changes its rules?
We version every ruleset. You're told what changed, whether you still clear it, and which of your live certificates need reissuing.
